Thank you for shopping with Nexora! Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how, when, and where we deliver your orders.

  1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email or WhatsApp if there is a significant delay.
  2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Nexora is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

  1. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/WhatsApp message with a tracking number. You can track your order through the courier's official website.

  1. Cash on Delivery (COD) We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for customers within Pakistan.

Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. COD orders may take 1–2 extra business days to confirm before shipping. Nexora reserves the right to cancel COD orders that cannot be verified by phone. 5. Customs, Duties & Taxes Nexora is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be applied by your country for international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are collected by the delivery courier or customs office.

  1. Damaged or Lost Packages Nexora is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging for a resolution.

  2. Wrong Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Nexora is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you need to correct your address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

  3. Order Cancellations Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
